1. Do you “take” insurance?
If you have out of network benefits, you may be reimbursed by your insurance company. We will supply you with a superbill to submit to them.
2. What are your payment options?
Payment is due at time of service and we accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards.
3. What if I have been in a car accident?
Drs. Barker & Weed are skilled in personal injury exams and we also have in-house X-ray for your convenience. If you have been involved in a personal injury or auto accident, we will also bill your claim to the responsible party’s auto insurance or med-pay.
4. What should I expect during my first visit with the doctor?
Your first appointment at Bonfire Chiropractic will be approximately 45 minutes. Vitals and a nerve-scan will be done by the CA, then Drs. Weed & Barker will review your health history, do a thorough exam and, if necessary, X-rays during this visit.
5. Are X-Rays required?
Drs. Weed & Barker do like to see the internal structures of the spine in most patients. X-rays allow them to visualize the structures of the spine and some of the soft tissues. This prevents adjusting areas of the spine that may have anomalies that should not be adjusted. If you’ve had recent images taken at another provider’s office or hospital, (within a year) please bring a disc with you to your initial visit.
